| Additional Notes and Information | AGENCY COMMISSION 2022-2023: Year 1-10% if below 40k and 20% if above 40k, Year 2- 5%.......This is an improvement as 21-22 was 10% year 1 only *All boys school In the middle of nowhere!!! Nice campus, but driving for 30 min before there is any life. Literally one lane road winding through mountains. The only life is on campus. Having said that, campus is nice. If there was anything around it, then it would be a home run. Some buildings are new, some are old. There are two gyms with one being more of a practice gym. Nice weight room. There is a 9 hole golf course on campus. Campus itself looks the part and justifiable cost. The meal hall is pretty old though and apparently will be renovated soon. | ||||||||
