AGENT COMMISSION:
-There is a tiered structure based on the amount the student pays
-Agent gets commission for two years only
-Full payer is 10% of tuition and boarding fees only
-If under full pay and above 20k, agent gets 5%
-If 10-20k, agent gets 8%

Year 2:
-Full Pay- 8% for the agent
-20k+- 8% for the agent
-10-20k, 5% for the agent

BOARDING:
-Downtown
-Rooms are for 2-3 with a bathroom inside like a hotel
-3 floors, the other floors in the building are apartments
-Each floor has an adult living
-There is an onsite cafeteria with breakfast and dinner, lunch is at school
-Weekend there is brunch and dinner
-Free membership to YMCA
-2 buses to the school.. 1 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon (3:30pm and 6pm for the athletes)

ATHLETICS:
Not the most competitive programs..best for those who are not top level players and truly want to live in the gym etc

CAMPUS:
Nice looking and holds credibility...probably 10-15 min drive from dorms
-Justifiable to pay
